We’re looking for a part-time dock hand who can keep up, stay positive, and handle the Florida outdoors without melting. Hourly pay PLUS tips!

What your days actually look like:

Helping customers get out on the water (kayaks & paddle boards) by launching and pulling in eqipment
Talking with people from all over
Staying busy keeping the dock and gear in shape
Working in sun, heat, occasional rain… basically whatever Florida decides to do that day

Requirements (the non-negotiables):

Must pass a drug test
Must have excellent customer service experience.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to handle outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
Must be available weekends & holidays

Real talk:
This job can be hot, fast-paced, and physically active—but it’s also pretty great if you like being on the water and not stuck behind a desk.
