We’re looking for a part-time dock hand who can keep up, stay positive, and handle the Florida outdoors without melting. Hourly pay PLUS tips!
What your days actually look like:
- Helping customers get out on the water (kayaks & paddle boards) by launching and pulling in eqipment
- Talking with people from all over
- Staying busy keeping the dock and gear in shape
- Working in sun, heat, occasional rain… basically whatever Florida decides to do that day
Requirements (the non-negotiables):
- Must pass a drug test
- Must have excellent customer service experience.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to handle outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
- Must be available weekends & holidays
Real talk:
This job can be hot, fast-paced, and physically active—but it’s also pretty great if you like being on the water and not stuck behind a desk.
