Crystal River Kayak Company & Dive Center:
We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our Guest Services and Dock & Launch teams. If you enjoy helping people have a great day on the water, we’d love to hear from you!
Guest Services:
Welcome and check in guests, answer phones and questions, explain rental and tour options, and help keep the shop clean and organized.
Dock & Launch:
Help guests safely enter and exit kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, move and rack equipment, explain paddling routes, provide maps, and keep the dock area ready for the next adventure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly customer service and clear communication.
- Reliability, good judgment, and a willingness to help coworkers.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Dock & Launch applicants must also be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stay active outdoors in Florida’s heat and changing weather.
Previous customer-service experience is helpful. A positive attitude and dependability matter most.
